Vendors must participate for the duration of the event from 6:30-10pm.

Please note: We are sold out of spaces with electricity. If you need power, you must supply your own.
Register by Friday, August 23 for inclusion on event map and website. Registration closes Friday, August 30.
Licensed Downtown Lynchburg Business - FREE ($50 after July 31) *We will place your booth in front of your store front unless otherwise agreed upon before the event.
For-Profit Business Space - $350 ($375 after July 31)
Non-Profit Business Space - $100 ($125 after July 31)
Government Agency - FREE
Food Vendor - $175 ($200 after July 31)
Artisan Vendor - $100 ($125 after July 31) *Craft and Artisan spaces are reserved for handmade items such as jewelry, art, pottery, wearables, etc.
SOLD OUT - There will be a $25 additional charge for non-food vendors in need of power to their tent. Power is limited to ONE receptacle that can source approximately 2 amps (the equivalent of one crock pot). Needs above and beyond this restriction, including food trucks, must supply their own power for this event. Please remit this payment when submitting your application to ensure power can be run to your spot.

NON-food vendor guidelines
Arrival Times: Vendors may arrive at 5pm for set-up on sidewalks. Vendors will NOT be setting up in the middle of Main Street for 2019 and the street will be closed at 5:30pm.
All vendors should be set up with vehicles removed no later than 6:15pm. Due to the timing of this event, no earlier setup is permitted.
Space Assignments: Downtown Businesses with a store front on Main Street are placed in front of their store unless otherwise discussed with our DLA team. Other vendors will be placed on Main Street or surrounding areas within the festival footprint. Placement will be determined by the Event Coordinator and assignments will be relayed to you via e-mail once all applications are in.
Vendor vehicles are not allowed back into the event site until the event is over and crowds are cleared. Like last year, the event has been prolonged to 10pm, so please plan for an extra hour of event time.
Refunds for booth space fees will not be given to no-shows.
The event is rain or shine, no rain date is scheduled.
The latest you may submit an application is August 23rd, 2019. - Please note: Any vendor applying after Friday, August 23 will not be included on the event map.
All vendors must provide their own equipment. (tents, tables, chairs, etc.) The event will not provide anything other than your 10x10 space.
Vendors are permitted to sell their products but must specify what they are selling. Only vendors registered as a food vendor are permitted to sell food and drink– this includes non-profit agencies.
FOOD VENDOR guidelines
Food vendors are responsible for proper disposal of your own waste water and grease.
Food vendors are not permitted to serve alcoholic beverages of any kind.
All food vendors must present a valid health permit. If you do not have a valid health permit, you must contact the Health Department for a permit before participating in this event.
Food vendors will be go through a vetting process. Your application submission does not ensure a vendor spot at the event. You will be individually contacted and payment must be submitted before you are placed on the festival map.
Not all food vendors will be placed on Main Street. Vendors will be spread throughout the footprint of the event, which includes the side streets, the City Center Deck and several parking lots allocated for food.
No rental contracts with private property owners will be granted for this event. Since this is a special event, all vendors must pay the vendor fee to be allowed to serve within the footprint of the event. Vendors that attempt to access the festival without paying the vendor fee will be asked to vacate the festival grounds.
Food vendors will be placed on the festival map by the Event Coordinator who will notify individual vendors of their placement.
